The Dredging Corporation of India Limited (D C I) was established in the year 1976 to provide dredging services to the Major Ports of the country in India. The Corporation requires Jr. Surveyors (Trainee) as per the details given as under;
1.Jr.Surveyors (Trainee)- 13 posts , age upto 25 years and Qualifications required : Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
The selected candidates will be inducted as Trainee Jr. Surveyor to undergo six (06) months training as per the training programme designed by the Management. During training period they will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.10,000/- per month. On successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Jr. Surveyor in the scale of pay of Rs.10780-26410/-.
The candidates so inducted and are required to serve the company for a period of five (05) years (excluding the training period), deposition of their original certificates. The candidates inducted as Jr. Surveyor(Trainee) should execute a bond for Rs.2.00 lakhs viz., Service Bond, Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond on non-judicial stamp papers worth Rs.100/- each to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of five (05) years (excluding the training period). Service bond to be executed by the candidate and parent/guardian. Bank Guarantee or Surety bond for Rs.2.00 lakhs to be executed by any government servant having minimum left over service of six (06) years.:: 2 :: Relaxation in age limit will be considered for SCs/ STs/OBCs/PWD etc., as per the existing Government guidelines.
