The Government Jobs- An ultimate choice.
India is such a state where we have the plenty of youth available in comparison to other Asian countries. Although the dilemma here is that the present youth is facing great problem to find the secure jobs. However, we are raising the economic status in the world yet the unemployment status is still crucial.
The jobs in private sectors have changed the scenario little bit to remove the Unemployment ratio. Nevertheless at the same time, the private sector has not won the hearts of the youth especially the heart of those youths who believe in security of the jobs.
It is need less to say that Private sector is primarily interested in their down interest in comparison to the interests of their employees. They do not provide the jobs security as it is provided in the Government Sectors. Apart from this there are many more facilities in the Government sector which has attracted to the job seekers. For example government provide, jobs up the age of 60 years. They provide good medical facility to their employees on a very nominal charges. The offices timing are 8 a day. While in private sector the timings are 8 to 12 hrs a day.
The one more reason also attracts the youth of India to enter the Government selector. The many job seekers want sufficient time to continue their studies even after joining the jobs. If they join jobs in private sectors they feel unable to give sufficient time to continue their studies. While if they are in Government Jobs they find adequate time to continue their Studies. The most of universities in India provide the distance education for working students . The working students manages their studies in evening time and, moreover during exam days they easily get their due leave in Government Sectors because Government sectors encourages to continue their working staff. However In private sector all such facilities is not possible to provide.
The pay scales and regular time bound promotions also made the Government jobs very attractive. The pay commissions lead by the Government keeps an eye on the financial needs of the government servants which helps to complete the new pay scale after every 10 years.
