Age Limit The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 32 years age on 01 Nov 2013. For SC/ST and SEBC – 5 years and 3 years age respectively will be relaxed.
Prescribed Application format is attached. The same can also be downloaded from our website www.nccorissa.org . Applications should reach NCC Directorate Odisha, Lewis Road Bhubaneswar -2 by 01 Nov 2013.Applications reaching after 01 Nov 2013 will not be accepted.
Candidates are permitted to apply for any one post only. Multiple applications and applications having discrepancies or found incomplete will be summarily rejected.
5. Documents to be attached with Application Form :
(a) Two recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer with full signature of the candidate on the front side.
(b) One self addressed envelope of 23 cm X 10 cm with required postage stamp for under certificate of posting.
(c) Attested copies of certificates showing educational qualification, date of birth etc.
(d) Attested copy of Caste certificate issued by Competent Revenue Authority.
(e) Attested copy of Employment Registration Card.
(f) Declaration regarding one spouse living.
(g) Original Bank Draft.
(h) Attested copies of other required certificates, if any.
6. Application Fee No application shall be considered unless it is accompanied by an Account Payee Bank Draft Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) in case of UR and SEBC candidates and Rs.75/- (Rupees Seventy Five only )for ST & SC candidates drawn in favour of “Establishment Officer, Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha Bhubaneswar” payable at SBI, HOD Branch, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar as application fee. Application fees is not refundable in any circumstances.
7. How to Apply ;
Each envelope should be super scribed with the name of the post and Unit location applied for. No application will be accepted in person by hand or through any representative. All applications will be forwarded through ORDINARY POST only. No queries / correspondence will be entertained regarding late receipt / non receipt or incomplete / non eligible / illegible applications.
